- Payment Terms: Payment for wholesale orders is due in full at the time of order placement. Please note that we do not offer credit terms or delayed payments for wholesale orders.
- Shipping: Shipping costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. You can choose your preferred shipping method and carrier, or we can recommend shipping options for you. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that occur during transit.
- Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Marketing and Resale: As a wholesale customer, you are allowed to sell our products in your retail store or online platform under your own brand name.

It is your responsibility to accurately represent our products and provide correct information to your customers.
